Founded in 1989, our company was initially called Negoce Hotel Development and was developing financial and real estate projects in Switzerland and in Europe. We have worked successfully in financing luxury hotels all around Europe, in countries such as Switzerland, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.

In 1997, our company headquarters were transferred in Geneva, in the heart of Europe, to be closer to our banking partners and to benefit from infrastructures of a city renowned worldwide for its financial and banking system, commodities trading, hedge funds asset management and luxury industry.

This presence in Geneva enabled us to enjoy the benefits of Swiss Financial and Private Banking products and services, leading us over the years to develop a specialized expertise and know-how to ensure high levels of financial services for our customers’ sophisticated needs.
