Three simple steps to run your business through a prestigious Swiss Financial Company

Upon request, we make sure your choice is appropriate to your future business, and that the Swiss Financial Company you're willing to purchase will match your specific needs and expectations. Step 2 : Give your initial operating instructions and sign the Purchase AgreementOnce you choose your Swiss Financial Company, we set with you the initial operating instructions (beneficiaries, directors, headquarters in Zug, Geneva, Zurich (...) and if needed, specific instructions for modifications of corporate bylaws, capital structure, shares...). At that stage, you will receive the Purchase Agreement you will have to return duly signed and dated. Upon receipt of the signed Purchase Agreement and appendices, you will receive our bank details for the wire transfer of the entire purchase price for your Swiss Financial Company.
