Step 2 : Give your initial operating instructions and sign the Purchase AgreementOnce you choose your Swiss Financial Company, we set with you the initial operating instructions (beneficiaries, directors, headquarters in Zug, Geneva, Zurich (...) and if needed, specific instructions for modifications of corporate bylaws, capital structure, shares...).
